Step 1
We interview you to find out what is important to you, what frustrates you and how we can help make your life easier.

We offer a monthly maintenance plan that is mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.

We can also do work by the project.
Step 4
If a project comes in, we visit your property, take pictures, provide an assessment of the problem and an estimate for solving the problem.

If our bid is accepted, we ask you to sign a permission to work form which includes payment agreements.
Step 6
A technician is sent to the property to perform the work. He or she will take pictures when the job is finished.
Step 7
We call you to let you know when the job is complete and then forward the pictures along with an invoice for payment.
Step 8
If the job is large, we require ½ payment down and the rest upon job completion.

We keep in constant contact with our clients to: see how we are doing and how we can improve and to find out whether additional services are required.
