

Patti Boekankamp, Owner and President of RepairMasters, talks about one of their examples of excellent facility maintenance:
“RepairMasters works with a realty company that owns strip malls in Las Vegas and we take care of one of the malls. We have worked for them for about a year and have changed light bulbs, cleaned graffiti and taken on other minor projects such as dumpster repair.
We were called to investigate the damage caused by a robbery in which the thieves entered through one unit and knocked a hole in the wall to access the second unit. We went up on the roof to determine how the break- in occurred, and into each unit to access the damage.
The tenants are responsible for the inside damage and we were able to repair the wall. The owner did not expect, but really appreciated, RepairMasters going up on the roof and taking pictures to let them know the full story.
They were also very happy to know that we are loyal to them as our client and made clear to the tenant that we worked for the owner and that anything we fixed inside would be the tenants’ responsibility and not the owners’.”


Patti goes on to describe, "On the same property, a weekend break-in occurred and we responded within an hour to both access the damage and to secure the area until the glass company could be contacted.
The owners were extremely pleased with this service because I was out of town and still personally made sure the job was done. I also took the time to contact the owner personally to discuss what we were doing. She knew I was on a ski trip and was delighted that we still took care of our customer."
