Drywall had to be installed to cover the entire ceiling, then mud texture and tape. The tech even fixed another small area in the house as a bonus. I now want to get a bid from you for painting. I manage a CompUSA store located in an older building. We have several large A/C units on the roof. All the condensate drains were designed to run toward a main drain that went over the front wall of the building and emptied water into our parking lot.
