RepairMasters received a call from a client to fix a sun glass case in a high end clothing store. The door to the case needed to be re- secured because it was falling open and presented a liability issue for the retailer.
This sounded simple enough, but when we arrived, we found that the unique construction of the case did not allow for a simple solution. We had to get very creative in order to fix the problem and thus made several extra trips to the store and calls to the client.
In the end, we were able to find a solution that actually looked simple but demanded a complicated process due to the design of the case. Our client said that most of the companies they use would not have made the extra effort to please the customer. They said that most handyman companies would have just thrown something up to go on to the next job. This serves as an example of “going the extra mile” for our clients.

We received a phone call to present a bid to re- route a pipe on the roof so that drainage from the AC units or rain would be diverted to the side of the store and not the front.
The manager had a plan and was very specific about the manner in which the job should be done. RepairMaster’s project manager took the time to show him an alternative solution that would cost less and yield better results.
We could have done the project as he suggested and made more money, but pointing out a more cost effective solution was more than appreciated by both the retail manager and our client.
